1Lee Jae Architects was founded in Seoul by Lee Jae in 2018 . The main point of Lee Jae Architects is not to over-decorate it, but to restrain it as much as possible and to find naturalness within it. Also, we try to pursue the beauty that comes from the simplicity of Korea. Reflecting the modern design and the demands of the surrounding environment, we intend to form the framework of Korean traditional aesthetics and architecture.

Lee Jae Architects shows a simple volume and a modern Western appearance, but the internal space concept follows the flow of traditional architecture of Korea and tries to create harmony with the landscape rather than appearing in a heterogeneous form in relation to the surrounding environment.

In order to do that we focus on a firm link between architecture and landscape, finding materials that can be used for each place, and creating a relationship between architecture and its surroundings are very important. This is because we are convinced that only the close relationship between each place and the architecture can create a space where residents or users feel comfortable.

This is in expressing the Western architectural framework with the mind of the East. In addition, the ultimate goal of Lee Jae Architects is to visualize Western thought and civilization with Eastern thought. Lee Jae Architects focuses on architectural works for Korean modernism, with an emphasis on connecting buildings and nature, new and old, and sensuous and rational things at all times.
