Lee Jae, principal architect of Lee Jae Architects, joined the architectural tour program at Paju Book City for teachers from Sunrin Middle School.
The tour was designed to help educators understand urban and cultural spaces from an architectural perspective and explore ways to connect these insights to teaching.Lee provided explanations on the development background of Paju Book City and its urban planning philosophy, highlighting the intersection of publishing culture and architecture.Walking through key buildings and public spaces, he shared perspectives on spatial composition, material use, and how architecture integrates with cultural programs and local context. Participating teachers experienced real architectural environments, gaining inspiration for spatial and cultural education in their classrooms.The program served not only as a site visit but as a meaningful learning experience where architecture and education intersected.
이재건축의 이재 소장은 선린중학교 교사들을 대상으로 진행된 파주출판도시 건축투어 프로그램에 함께했습니다. 이번 투어는 교육자들이 건축적 관점에서 도시와 문화 공간을 이해하고, 학생 교육에 적용할 수 있는 통찰을 얻는 것을 목표로 진행되었습니다. 이재 소장은 파주출판도시의 조성 배경과 도시 계획 철학을 설명하며, 출판문화와 건축이 만나는 지점을 소개했습니다.
